Jeremy Martin, MPAff
Jeremy has spent more than 15-years working in public education advocating for students and fostering positive change in the systems that serve them. As a high school speech and debate teacher in the central Texas region, he coached students to research and communicate on issues about which they were passionate while achieving competitive success at forensics tournaments. He later worked as a higher education policy and research analyst at The University of Texas at Austin and as an independent consultant where he extended his commitment to student success by advancing evidence-based reforms in postsecondary systems throughout the country.
Jeremy currently serves as a Senior Research and Policy Analyst in the Office of Academic Affairs at The University of Texas System where he conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of critical policy issues facing institutions of higher education.
Jeremy is a native Texan and has lived in the Austin-area for most of his life. He earned a B.A. in English from Dartmouth College and a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication Studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
